WOOLWICH — The Shelter Institute is accepting applications for its annual Patricia K. Hennin Scholarship, established to honor company cofounder Patricia K. Hennin and awarded to a local high school junior or senior interested in engineering, architecture or construction.
The scholarship recipient receives free enrollment in the Shelter Institute course of their choice, valued at approximately $1,000.
Eligible applicants should be high school juniors and seniors currently enrolled in school and residents of Maine. Applications may be obtained from high school guidance offices, by calling 442-7938 or e-mailing store@shelterinstitute.com. The deadline for applications is 3 p.m. May 24.
