BRIDGTON, Mass. — The Simmons College women’s soccer team played to a 1-1 tie in double overtime against visiting Eastern Nazarene College on Thursday at Daly Field.
The Sharks are now 6-6-2, while the Lions are 3-10-1.
Sophomore keeper Lauren Williams of Bowdoinham stopped four shots in her first collegiate start for Simmons, while junior goalie Anastasia Swift made seven saves for the Lions.
The Sharks return to the turf on Saturday when they host Great Northeast Athletic Conference foe Anna Maria College at 11 a.m.
