TOPSHAM — Facing the only team it had not faced yet this season, the Mt. Ararat Middle School eighth-grade girls soccer team managed to stay undefeated, picking up a 1-0 win over Tripp of Turner.
Ella Carter’s late goal off a pass from Cora Spelke was the game’s only goal.
Hannah Kenney was stellar in goal for Mt. Ararat, with Emma Kopp and Bre Hunter playing well on defense. Hard work was also turned in by Eagles of Alexa Gurney and Eliza Libby in the midfield.
