BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School freshman boys basketball team ended its season with a 71-54 victory over Mt. Ararat recently.
The Dragons went 17-1 this season, including a season closing 15-game winning streak.
Against the Eagles, Ethan Upham led with 12 points, while Ethan Rollins had 11 and Cody Larson 10. Evan Kilfoil chipped in eight points, while Drew Desantis, Matt Green and Connor Moody all chipped in with six points apiece.
Cam Hathaway, Larson and Camden Folsom were consistent defensive leaders this season for Brunswick, while Rollins, Kilfoil, Upham and Alex Dutton were leaders in the rebounding department. Other members on the Dragons were Tom Seitz, Evan Molnar, Tanner Rapoza, Bryce Gray and Adam Nussbaum.
Trevor York had a game-high 23 points for Mt. Ararat, with Jace Hollenbach had 11 points.
