TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat Middle School seventh grade girls basketball team improved to 3-1 with a 42-14 over Lewiston on Monday.
The Eagles jumped out to a 16-4 lead in the opening quarter and never looked back, leading 27-4 at the half and 35-10 after three.
In all, 10 players scored for Mt. Ararat, with Grace Phillips, Angel Huntsman, Hannah Hawkes and Madilyn Onorato leading with six points each.
For the visiting Blue Demons, Emily Roberts and Amiho Juma had four points each.
