BATH — The Charles Wesley Singers, as part of their Summer Youth Mission Choir Tour 2017, will be performing a concert at Grace Episcopal Church, 1100 Washington St., Bath, at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 24.
The group is made up of youth from grades six and up and have been performing at their church, the Damascus United Methodist Church, Damascus, Maryland, for more than 25 years.
The group has traveled all over Europe and Canada, and this summer will be in several places in New England. They will be presented in cooperation with the Bath United Methodist Church and will also sing at their Sunday morning service, June 25, at 10:15 a.m., which will be held at Waterfront Park in Bath.
The group’s musical offerings will be Mendelssohn’s “Hear My Prayer,” songs from the 55th Chapter of Isaiah. sacred choral anthems, and congregational singing.
