BOSTON — A 15-0 run in the second quarter allowed Saint Joseph’s College to secure a 66-59 Great Northeast Athletic Conference win over Suffolk University on Saturday.

The Monks improved to 18-3 overall, 12-0 in the GNAC.

Brianne Maloney paced Saint Joseph’s with 14 points, while Kelsi McNamara had 13 points and four assists. Former Brunswick High School standout Julia Champagne picked up nine points and 10 boards.

The Monks are scheduled to host Emmanuel College today at 5:30 p.m.
