BATH SAVINGS INSTITUTION has promoted Melissa Libby of Durham to branch manager of its Yarmouth office, where she has served as the assistant branch manager since 2005. Libby joined Bath Savings in 1999 as a teller, then was promoted to the position of customer service representative. She received the bank’s Exceptional Service Award in 2005. She attended the University of Southern Maine and serves on the Durham Youth Baseball League as its treasurer and is active with Boy Scouts of America. Glenn Hutchinson, president of Bath Savings, said, “We are pleased with the exceptional service and level of expertise that Melissa has continued to bring to Yarmouth. We know that our Yarmouth customers will be happy with the service that Melissa and her staff provide.”
