FREEPORT — The Freeport Community Library hosts a free community movie each month the library’s Community Meeting Room. Films include familiar classics to documentaries and quirky, lesser known films. At 1 p.m. Thursday, July 16, the library will screen “Unbroken,” the real-life story of Olympian Louis Zamperini. At 1 p.m., Thursday. Aug. 20, the library will screen the Gene Kelly/Debbie Reynolds classic, “Singin’ in the Rain.” All Freeport Community Library events are free and open to the public.
