
The Plant Home is a nonprofit assisted living facility located on the banks of the Kennebec River.
MacMillan has extensive experience in the areas of development and marketing. Most recently, she was associate director of Development at Mid Coast Health Services in Brunswick.
Previously, MacMillan was vice president of Marketing for Maine Bank & Trust and People’s United Bank, and the Southern Maine liaison for People’s United Community Foundation. She was also director of Development for Maine Maritime Museum, and director of Marketing and Sales at The Highlands of Topsham.
MacMillan has established strong relationships with many statewide nonprofit and business organizations, and she served on the Plant Memorial Home’s board of directors from March 2014 until April 28, 2015. She has also served on the Development Advisory Council of Volunteers of America, the Senter Fund Grant Committee, and the Portland and Bath/Brunswick Chambers of Commerce.
