WATERVILLE — The Mt. Ararat High School jayvee boys lacrosse team battled hard in a close 5-4 loss to Messalonskee on Tuesday at Thomas College.
Jason Magno and Dylan Schenk had two goals each Mt. Ararat, while Max Bodmer dished out an assist.
Connor Ingals, Stephen Johnson, Alex Curtis, Gage Palmer and Devon Haskins played well for 3-3 Mt. Ararat, while goaltenders Parker Chase (seven saves) and Leon Perreault (two saves) combined on nine stops.
