DRESDEN — The Dresden Historical Society is pleased to announce that at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, archeologist Arthur Spies will be at Bridge Academy on Route 197 in Dresden Mills to give a presentation on the archeological history of Dresden Falls.
Dresden Falls was the area near the Kennebec River located just off River Road where an archeological dig was recently done. Many significant artifacts and information will be presented.
Seating is limited, so guests should arrive early. Refreshments will be served. For further information, contact John Ottum at 737-8614.
