PORTLAND — Coastal Enterprises Inc. (CEI), a nonprofit community development organization, with the support of Maine State Housing Authority, will offer the first-time homebuyer seminar on Tuesday and Thursday, Jan. 13, 15, 20 and 22, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at Coastal Enterprises Inc. in Portland.
The purpose of the course is to help people prepare for and be well informed about the process of buying a home.
Pre-registration is required and there is a $30/person or $50/couple (or co-buyer) non-refundable charge for the four-part seminar. Registrations will not be accepted after Jan. 6.
