Arrests
Anthony A. Linkovich, 34, of Topsham, was charged at 2:33 p.m. Aug. 7 after police responded to a complaint that someone may have been living in a tent in a wooded area on property owned by Brooks Feed and Farm. Police said Linkovich was wanted on a warrant for failing to appear in court to answer charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Police said a minor was also taken into protective custody.
Lauren A. Arsenault, 20, of Brunswick was charged at 5:10 p.m. Aug. 7 at Crooker Road on a warrant out of Cumberland County Criminal
Court for a bail violation.
Alex David Turner, 21, of Phippsburg was charged at 8:47 p.m. Aug. 7 after police responded to a report of people fighting at a Cumberland Street residence. Police learned Turner had a warrant issued from West Bath District Court for failing to appear to answer an assault charge. Turner was also charged with possession of marijuana.
Amber Pouliot, 29, of Brunswick was charged at 8:29 p.m. Aug. 8 for disorderly conduct fighting after police responded to a report of a disturbance at 7-Eleven on Maine Street.
Scott A. Coombs, 37, of Brunswick was charged at 2:56 a.m. Aug. 9 with criminal trespassing after police responded to a disturbance at Pass Properties LLC on Dunning Street.
Christopher L. Moulton, 33, of Brunswick was charge at 10:16 p.m. at Cumberland Farms at Cook’s Corner on Bath Road on a warrant from Maine State Police for unpaid fines stemming from an unlawful gambling charge.
Christopher J. Bergeron, 37, of Topsham, was charged Aug. 10 at 3:35 p.m. at the Brunswick Police Station on a warrant out of Cumberland County District Court for failing to pay fines stemming from a domestic violence charge.
Summonses
Michael Steven Worden, 18, of Brunswick was charged at 11:14 p.m. Aug. 7 with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the former Jordan Acres School.
Andrew Cook, 19, of Brunswick was charged at 1:11 a.m. Aug. 8 with possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of McKeen and Stanwood streets.
Jennifer Webster, 21, and Kari Croft, 26, both of Jefferson, were charged at 10:49 a.m. Aug. 8 with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Wal-Mart on Tibbetts Drive.
Niki Dee Nickerson, 36, of Brunswick, was charged at 11:11 p.m. Aug. 8 with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop on Maine and Everett streets.
Nathan G. Kane, 31, of Harpswell was charged Aug. 9 at 9:30 a.m. for operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop near Dunkin’ Donuts on Pleasant Street.
Kirk Leeman, 46, of Brunswick was charged at 1:34 p.m. Aug. 9 for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Wal-Mart on Tibbett Drive.
