BRUNSWICK — The Merrymeeting Board of Realtors recently announced this year’s award recipients:
— 2014 Realtor of the Year
Dorothy Ollier of RE/MAX Riverside in Topsham.
Ollier currently serves as immediate past president of the Merrymeeting Board of Realtors. She is a broker and has been a Merrymeeting member since 1997. Ollier lives in Brunswick with her husband.
— 2014 Affiliate of the Year
Brian Smith of Sitelines PA in Brunswick.
Smith has participated in many Merrymeeting Board of Realtors meetings and supported special events and fundraising activities over the year. He is a professional land surveyor and has been an affiliate member since 1981. Smith lives in Bowdoinham with his wife.
Ollier and Smith will be honored at the June Realtor and Affiliate of the Year annual Lobster Bake, hosted by Morton Real Estate and sponsored by Northeast Bank & Market Street Settlement Group, on Thursday, June 26 at Cook’s Lobster House on Bailey Island.
