Cases of local interest heard in Sagadahoc County courts in October:

Zachary T. Boubel, 18, of Bath, a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 3.

Kirk Bouchard, 47, of Brunswick, guilty of violating municipal shellfish ordinance, $300 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 10.

Tiffany Rae Bowman, 21, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 18, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 12.

Sean Boynton, 46, of Bethel, guilty of two charges of assault on an officer, sentenced to three years, six months in jail, all but seven months suspended, stayed until Nov. 15, two years probation, $1,683 restitution; obstructing government administration, six months in jail, stayed until Nov. 15, 2013; terrorizing, sentenced to six months in jail, stayed until Nov. 15; and violating condition of release, sentenced to six months in jail, stayed until Nov. 15, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 19, 2012.

Roswell Bradford, 26, of Wakefield, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, 24 hours in jail stayed until Oct. 15, $350 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Aug. 20.

Michael A. Brewer, 25, of Bath, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 15, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Arrowsic on Aug. 31.

Joseph Burr, 19, of Bowdoin, a minor consuming liquor, offense committed, $200 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Aug. 31.

James A. Cantelo, 42, of Dixfield, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 10.

Wesley Caparratto, 22 of Brunswick, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on July 15.

Henry R. Chandler III, 22, of Topsham, guilty of operating under the influence, $750 fine, license suspended 90 days; a charge of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 17.

Kevin Cheney, 45, of Lisbon, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 3.

Eric Coyne, 18, of Scarborough, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, adjudicated, $350 fine, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 25.

Carolyn Cribbs, 44, of Alna, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 4.

Carly R. Crosson, 25, of Georgetown, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, adjudicated, $300 fine, for an incident in Bath in Aug. 21.

Travis Dwight Crum, 46, of Bath, guilty of theft, with priors, sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued, for an incident in Bath on July 19, 2011.

Ryan H. Dauphin, 29, of Bath, a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 8.

Cheryl Davis, 57, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 1.

Jason Niles Davis, 42, of Topsham, a charge of harassment, was transferred to Superior Court for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 8.

Benjamin F. Day, 34, guilty of operating a watercraft under the influence over age 21, $500 fine, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Nov. 9, for an incident in Bath on July 7.

Jeanne I. Doughty, 33, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating without a license, $100 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Sept. 3.

Alicia Elliott, 29, of Bath, guilty of disorderly conduct and loud unreasonable noise, $500 fine; two charges of endangering the welfare of a child were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bath on June 20.

Robert O. Emmons, Jr., 41, of Brunswick, guilty of violating condition of release, $500 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/2 ounce, $350, for an incident in Brunswick on July 18.

Drew Allen Erickson, 26, of Orr’s Island, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 20.

Crystal A. Floccher, 17, of Harpswell, a charge of operating without a license was dismissed, for an incident in Harpswell on June 24.

Cameron Foley, 18, of Needham, Mass., guilty of theft, $100 fine, for an incident in Freeport on July 31.

Christopher J. Fortin, 24, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of negotiating a worthless instrument, sentenced to three years in jail, all but 14 days suspended, stayed until Oct. 9, two years probation, $322 restitution, for an incident on Jan. 8.

Shaun Fraser, 22, of Brunswick, guilty of theft, $250 fine, $60 restitution, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 1.

Russell Golden, 46, of Bath, charges of violating the condition of release and operating without a license were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 23.

Ricky A. Goyette, 40, of Lewiston, guilty of unlawful drug possession, $400 fine, sentenced to 18 months, all but 90 days suspended, stayed until Jan. 1, 2014, two years probation, $120 restitution; a charge of unlawful drug trafficking was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on May 6.

Jason A. Gray, 28, of Auburn, guilty of violating condition of release, $500 fine, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 19.

Jeremy L. Grendell, 30, of Bath, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in West Bath on Aug. 29.

Steven Griatsky, 35, of Bowdoinham, a charge of assault was dismissed for an incident in Bowdoinham on July 7.

Kelly Hatch, 55, of Bath, a charge of allowing a dog to be at large was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on July 29.

Hawthorne, 32, of Harpswell, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $750 fine, sentenced to two days in jail, stayed until Oct. 19; a charge of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on Aug. 27.

Dale Havens, 34, of Bath, guilty of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, sentenced to 24 hours in jail, for an incident in Bath on Aug. 9.

David W. Hite, Jr., 51, of Caribou, guilty of operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail stayed until Oct. 19, license suspended 90 days; a charge of failing to stop for an officer, was pled to another charge, for an incident in West Bath on July 14.

Patrick Hurley, 18, of Brunswick, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 15.

Mindy Francis Joslyn, 25, of Topsham, a charge of theft was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 1.
