PORTLAND — Cases of local interest closed in Cumberland County courts in August:

Elizabeth M. Alfiero, 29, of North Yarmouth, guilty of operating under the influence, $500, license suspended for 90 days; an additional charge of operating under the influence, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Falmouth on March 10.

Nicholas L. Blake, 28, of Raymond, guilty of violating the condition of release, sentenced to 72 hours in jail, for an incident in Freeport on Aug. 8.

Raymond E. Bourgoin, 46, of Brunswick, guilty of theft, $100 fine, $21.99 restitution, for an incident in Brunswick on April 4.

Zachary W. Brown, 24, of Orr’s Island, a charge of burglary was pled to another charge for an incident in Harpswell on Jan. 2.

Jared Butler, 26, of Bath, a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 25, 2012.

Andrew Dagres, 21, of Newburyport, Mass., a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed, for an incident in Freeport on Jan. 8.

Jason Day, 21, of Brunswick, guilty of disorderly conduct and fighting, $400 fine; a charge of assault was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on July 20.

William D. Frame, Jr., 22, of West Bath, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 24.

Zachary R. Gowen, 30, of Brunswick, guilty of domestic violence assault, with priors, sentenced three years in, all but seven months suspended, two years probation, for an incident in Brunswick on June 13.

Wesley F. Jarbath, 23, of Freeport, guilty of operating without a license, $200 fine, for an incident in Freeport on Feb. 14.

Jay C. Johnson, 27, of Freeport, guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on April 18.

David L. LaFave, 38, of Brunswick, parole violation on a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, sentenced to 150 days in jail for an incident in Brunswick on Feb. 3, 2012.

Shawn M. Mills, 28, of Brunswick, guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to three days in jail, for an incident in Brunswick on Aug. 6.

Cynthia Moody, 49, of Harpswell, guilty of criminal mischief, $250 fine, $100 restitution; guilty of violating a protective order, $250 fine, for an incident in Harpswell on April 12; guilty of violating condition of release, sentenced to 24 hours in jail; a charge of violating a protective order was pled to another charge, for an incident in Harpswell on June 30.

Danielle M. Neale, 24, of Bangor, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/ 4 ounce, $350 fine; a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Freeport on April 3.

Harold H. Owen IV, 25, of Brunswick, guilty of endangering the welfare of a child, sentenced to 270 days in jail, all suspended, one year probation, for an incident in Brunswick on April 15.

David R. Paro, 22, of Harpswell, parole violation on two charges of burglary on Jan. 3, 2009, sentenced on Aug. 30; no sentence imposed.

Katrina A. Patterson, 27, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of operating a vehicle after registration suspended, $50 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on April 21.

Ethan D. Peters, 22, of Durham, guilty of violating condition of release, $200 fine, guilty of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, and guilty of driving to endanger, $800 fine, license suspended for 30 days; a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was pled to another charge for an incident in Brunswick on March 30.

Tod M. Thibeault, 56, of Brunswick, guilty of criminal trespassing, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, for an incident in Brunswick on August 8.

Kayla M. Thompson, 25, of Harpswell, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on Dec. 17, 2012.

Kimberly J. Tremblay, 22, of Gray, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, was filed with cost, for an incident in Brunswick on Jan. 18, 2012.

Brittany L. Tucker, 27, of Brunswick, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on May 16.

Alex D. Turner, 20, of Topsham, guilty of theft by deception, sentenced to 14 days in jail, stayed until Sept. 7; a charge of violating condition of release was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on April 3.

Nathanael T. Wallace, 22, of Bowdoin, guilty of operating under the influence, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, stayed until Sept. 16, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days; an additional charge of operating under the influence was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on April 28.

Amanda J. Whitworth, 31, of Brunswick, guilty of unauthorized taking or transfer, sentenced to 10 days in jail, stayed until Aug. 26; a charge of theft by receiving stolen property was pled to another charge, for an incident in Brunswick on April 8.
