Marguerite F. Flynn, 36, of 52 Webster Rd., was detained April 29 at 12:46 p.m. on Webster Road and issued a summons charging her with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18
Zachary E. Bowie, 23, of 46 Bowdoinham Rd., Lisbon Falls, was detained April 27 at 9:14 a.m. on Wardtown Road and issued a summons charging him with being a habitual motor vehicle offender. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court June 18.
Carl Brawn III, 33, of 22 Gay Drive, was issued a summons April 25 at 7:16 a.m. at that address charging him with keeping an unlicensed dog. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.
James William Huff, 33, of 7 Veronica Lane, was arrested April 25 at 7:41 a.m. at that address on a warrant from York County Sheriff ’s Department, stemming from previous charges of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence/criminal threatening. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland to await arraignment.
Kathleen Scott, 49, of 53 Claypits Road, Scarborough, was detained April 23 at 3:45 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street and issued a summons charging her with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.
Donald P. Reed, 51, of 1693 Augusta Road, Bowdoin, was detained April 23 at 1:15 pm. on U.S. Route 1 and held on a Maine State Police warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland to await arraignment.
Brian L. McCrea, 53, of 76 Orchard Road, Cumberland, was detained April 22 at 9:12 p.m. on Summer Street and issued a summons charging him with violating a protection order. He was ordered to appear June 18 in West Bath District Court.
Travis L. Donahue, 41, of 39 Smith Wheel Road, Apt. 51, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested April 22 at 2:16 a.m. on U.S. Route 1 and charged with operating while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked. He was held at Cumberland County Jail in Portland for arraignment and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.
A Pownal juvenile, 16, was detained April 21 at 10:11 p.m. on Durham Road and issued a summons charging him with exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 30 mph. She was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.
Andrea E. Sanders, 24, of 74 Taylor St., Staten Island, N.Y., was arrested April 20 at 11:57 a.m. at CVS Pharmacy on Middle Street and charged with assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Sanders was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland to await arraignment and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on June 18.
