BATH — Yard sale donations are needed by two Bath nonprofits raising funds for the historic Bath Freight Shed.
The groups will accept donations for the Maine’s First Ship and Bath Freight Shed Alliance “Raise the Rent” yard sale and party, part of the Bath Citywide Yard Sale.
Bring donated items to the north door under the Maine’s First Ship banner at 27 Commercial St., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Donations also can be made on 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 1 at the same location.
Maine’s First Ship and Bath Freight Shed Alliance’s Raise the Rent Yard Sale Party is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Freight Shed.
All proceeds go to the Bath Freight Shed for rent paid as roof repairs.
