RICHMOND
Police are investigating a burglary at Pat’s Store early Thursday that was reported by an employee arriving at work.
Police received a call at 5:41 a.m. that the store at 160 Brunswick Road had been broken into. According to Police Chief Scott MacMaster, several packs and cartons of cigarettes and some alcohol were reported stolen. Police have no suspects but say the culprit or culprits kicked and tore their way through a wall to gain access. Police say no cash was taken.
