
He was born in at the Bethesda Naval Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland on September 27, 1966 the son of Dale “D” and Marie E. Belanger Rose.
Although Michael was born with many challenges, he lived a happy life, mostly on his own terms and to the best of his abilities.
Michael enjoyed old comedies, traveling and car rides.
Michael loved his parents and his brother living at home with them for 25 years and later lived in a group home run by the Independence Association and considered the care givers as his second family. Michael had previously attended schools in Philadelphia, New Jersey and then Brunswick.
Surviving is his mother Marie E. Rose of Brunswick. A brother Dale Rose and his wife Marie of Pownal. Michael is also survived by an uncle, an aunt and several grand nieces and grand nephews.
At Michael’s request there will be no services. Interment will be with his father at the Maine Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta. Memorial donations may be made to the Independence Association PO Box 642 Brunswick, ME 04011. Memorial condolences may be expressed at stetsonsfuneralhome.com.
