U.S. Rep. Chellie Pingree, D- 1st District, is accepting requests from constituents for free tickets to the 2013 presidential inaugural ceremonies in Washington.

“Unfortunately, congressional offices only receive a limited number of tickets to distribute,” she said in a news release. “My office will hold a lottery for all that are available. I encourage folks who are interested in attending to put their names in.”

To enter, fill out the request form at www.pingree.house .gov/inauguration before Dec. 14. Tickets are not needed to watch ceremonies from the National Mall.
