TOPSHAM — The Oratorio Chorale will open its 39th season with the music of Schubert and Mozart.
Featured are the Schubert “Mass #6 in E-flat,” three motets by Mozart and “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik.” The Chorale will perform with the Maine Chamber Ensemble under the baton of director Peter Frewen. Solo roles in the Schubert will be performed by members of the chorale.
Concerts will be held at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17 at Orion Performing Arts Center, Topsham, and 3 p.m., Sunday,
Nov. 18 at Sacred Heart Church, Yarmouth.
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, students half price and children younger than 12 free, available locally at Sherman’s Books & Stationery in Freeport; Gulf of Maine Books in Brunswick; and Etc. Finery and Now You’re Cooking in Bath.
