FREEPORT — Freeport High School’s annual Gap Year Programs forum is Tuesday, Nov. 13, in the Performing Arts Center at the high school.
Students and parents can meet representatives of special semester or summer programs to learn about programs that offer experiences beyond the regular classroom.
Parents and students from all communities are invited.
Participating programs have included these and more: American Field Service, Ocean Classroom, Experiment in International Living, Council on International Educational Exchange, Oxbow School, Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, Safe Passage, Rotary, The Mountain School, Université Ste-Anne, High Mountain Institute, Chewonki and Thinking Beyond Borders.
