GARDINER — On Monday, the Sugg Middle School girls soccer team lost at Gardiner 1-0.
The Greyhounds had several opportunities to score.
Captain Chandler Riordan, center fullback Sarah Daigle and left fullback Sydney Douglass were defensive standouts, while Kipri Steele played tirelessly in the middle, along with Jasmin Le and Anna Willey.
Striker Conchita Thomas and forwards Hope Morse and Emma Houle also stood out.
Sugg is scheduled to host St. Michael’s today.
