BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School girls jayvee Orange soccer squad battled back from a 2-0 deficit to earn a 2-2 draw against Camden Hills on Monday.

Standout performances were turned in by Sydney Kay, who not only turned away all Camden shots in the first half as goaltender, but also scored Brunswick’s first goal in the second half.

Lea Dewey was also strong up front, and her hard work was rewarded when she was taken down in the penalty box, resulting in a penalty shot that Molly Roane converted.

Quinn Alexander had some stellar diving saves under a relentless Camden attack towards the end of the game. Courtney Clark was also solid on defense for the 0-2-2 Dragons.
