RICHMOND
Richmond police seek help from the public to identify the person who broke into Gary’s Quick Stop on Main Street a week ago and stole approximately 300 cartons of cigarettes valued at more than $10,000.
According to a release issued Thursday by Richmond Police Chief Scott Mac- Master, the burglary was reported at 6:07 a.m. July 13 at the convenience store at 115 Main St.
A subject gained entry at the rear of the store and absconded with approximately 300 cartons of cigarettes.
Investigators believe the burglary took place sometime after 10 p.m. the previous night. Police have no suspects at this time and ask anyone with information to call Richmond police at 737-8518.
