FREEPORT — Auditions for the Freeport Players One- Act Play Showcase will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 24 and 25 in the Music Room at Freeport High School, 30 Holbrook St.
The showcase will include plays by John Cariani, Ray Dinsmore, Cullen McGough, Linda Britt and others. Roles for men and women age 16 and older will be cast.
Rehearsals begin in early August. Performances will run from Sept. 13 through Sept. 30 at the Freeport Performing Arts Center.
Auditioning actors will be asked to cold read dialogue from the plays and are encouraged to email info@fcponline.org to notify showcase organizers of their intent to audition or to arrange an alternate audition date.
