BANGOR — In a tight contest culminating in a wild finish, the Husson men’s basketball team fell to the University of Maine-Farmington 67-64 in a packed Newman Gymnasium on Thursday night.
With the win, UMF remains in first place in the North Atlantic Conference with an 8- 1 conference record ( 8- 7 overall), while the Eagles dropped to 5-10 (5-4 NAC).
Husson saw three players finish the game in double figures, led by junior guard Eric Modica, who dropped a gamehigh 17. Marc Zaharchuk of Richmond turned in a doubledouble, finishing with 10 points and 11 rebounds.
