LEWISTON — The Mt. Ararat Middle School “A” field hockey squad rolled to an 11-0 win over Lewiston recently.
Paige Witwicki scored four goals, Jazzy Huntsman had three and assisted on two others for pace the Eagles.
Paige Gagne scored her first all-time goals, getting two and assisting on one. Belle Hemond chipped in with a goal and three assist, and Greta Marchildon scored one goal and assisted on one.
Charlie Smith, Phoebe Fitzpatrick, Audrey Marchildon, Mira Rineer, Megan Reed, Ella Davies and Lily Koslosky all made solid contributions to the victory.
Lexi Brillant and Piper Cohen shared goaltending duties.
The Eagles are 2-1 and host rival Brunswick today and Auburn on Wednesday.
