TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat High School field hockey team scored early and often en route to a 5-0 win over Hampden Academy on Friday.
Annie Wilkins opened the scoring off an assist from Kelsey Dwelley with 14:45 remaining in the first half.
Nicole Thibotot scored the next two goals for the Eagles, the second assisted by Wilkins, Dwelley made it 4-0 at the half.
Gracie Morrell, from Wilkins, completed the scoring.
On Monday, the Eagles played Kents Hill to a 2-2 tie.
Kellie Scott and Lily McCatcheon scored for Kents Hills, while Dwelley and Hannah Huston, from Wilkins, tallied for Mt. Ararat.
