BRUNSWICK — Noa Sreden led all scorers with 15 points as the Bath Middle School seventh- grade girls basketball team ran past rival Brunswick Junior High 36-29 on Thursday.
The Destroyers jumped out quickly, leading 8- 0 after a quarter and 16-7 at the half. Brunswick made a 6-0 run to open the second half to get to 16-13, but Bath regained its composure for a 27- 19 lead through three quarters.
Sierra Wallace chipped in eight points, Amanda Gagne seven and Hope Faulkingham four for Bath, while Brooke Barter led the Huskies with nine points, with Brianna Newton chipping in eight.
