LEWISTON — Erin Tome had eight points and Sara Lamb seven for Mt. Ararat Middle School in a 25-19 seventh grade girls basketball loss to Lewiston on Thursday.
Maggie Phelam paced the Blue Demons with seven points.
Brianna Hamilton added four points for the Eagles, whose suffocating defense limited Lewiston to just four second- half points. Jacki Sylvester, Tabbi Parr, Alyssa Kidd and Rachel Eggleston led the Mt. Ararat defense.
