WATERVILLE — Thomas College softball swept a North Atlantic Conference doubleheader over Johnson State College, 12-1 and 5-1, on Sunday.

Lindsy Hoopingarner (Richmond) was recognized prior to the start of the doubleheader as part of the program’s Senior Day festivities.

Thomas (14-13, 7-1 NAC) hosts UMaine-Farmington at 3 p.m. Wednesday in a pivotal league twin bill. The Terriers currently hold a one-game lead over Castleton for first place in the NAC standings and can lock up — at minimum — a top-three seed in the upcoming tournament with a win in any of their final four league games.
