THE CENTER STAGE PLAYERS are pictured at the People Plus Center with their pre- Halloween performance, “A Dark and Stormy Night.” The Players, part of The Theater Project of Brunswick headed by founder and Artistic Director Al Miller, are a group of Midcoast Maine seniors who create and perform original and classic pieces “readers theater” style and originally were created as a People Plus activity group. Membership in The Center Stage Players is open to all, and no previous acting experience is necessary. Center Stage Players’ ages range from late 50s to 97, and their backgrounds are various.
