Lois Napier Skillings has been elected to serve on the FHC Inc. Board of Directors.
Skillings is CEO of Mid Coast Health Services in Brunswick, a health care company that includes Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Medical Group, Mid Coast Senior Health Center and CHANS Home Health Care.
FHC Inc., headquar- tered in Bowdoin, makes and markets neuroscience and neurological devices used to monitor brain cellular activity.
Founded in 1970 in Ann Arbor, Mich., and relocated to Maine in 1977, FHC employs 98 people including sales and technical support staff in Greenville, Pa. and Bucharest, Romania.
In 2011, Skillings was appointed by the governor and confirmed by the Legislature to serve as a trustee of the Mid Coast Regional Redevelopment Authority.
She also serves on the Hospital Operations Committee for Medical Mutual Insurance Company of Maine.
