DRESDEN — Tandem Glass, a hand-blown glass gallery and studio at 6 Eagle Lodge Lane, near the intersection of routes 27 and 127, will host a Holiday Open House, Saturday, Dec. 1, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Fifteen percent of sales will go to benefit Maine Craft Association, a nonprofit arts organization building creative economy for Maine’s craftspeople.

Terrill Waldman and Charlie Jenkins will be doing demonstrations from 4 to 5:30 p.m. One item from the demonstration will be raffled off. Will West and Michelle Roy of Twisted Strings will be playing fiddle music during the event.

Savage Oaks, Fiddler’s Reach and Baxter Brewery have agreed to serve their locally produced mead, wine and beer at the event.

The event is free, but to enjoy the tasting, individuals 21 and older must purchase a glass (starting at $25).
