To the Editor:
I want to take this opportuinity to thank everyone who was involved in the Shore Dinner on Aug. 17 at Mitchell Field in Harpswell.
The food was plentiful, the lobsters large and delicious. The mussels, corn and potatoes were fantastic. When we thought it couldn’t get any better, we finished with blueberry pie and brownies. Both were excellent.
The waiters, the young folks who served us drinks — everyone did such an exceptional job. Last but not least, the setting was breath-taking.
Thank you, Harpswell. I encourage everyone to attend next year. They won’t be sorry.
