HARPSWELL — Richard (Dick) Wyer passed away on July 7, 2018, at his home. A Celebration of Life has been planned for Saturday, Sept. 15 at 2 p.m. at 55 Tide Mill Cove Road, Harpswell, followed by a potluck supper.
