Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bath/Brunswick has announced that registration is open for the nonprofit’s annual Big Swing Tournament this fall.
The organization’s goal is to raise $42,000, which will support 42 more Big and Little matches.
There are several opportunities to participate, which is one of the organization’s largest fundraisers of the year. Participants can form a team of four, become a sponsor or donate auction item goods or services.
Prices for the golf tournament are $150 per golfer entry fee, or $500.00 per foursome for 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, awards, prizes and on-course contests. There will be mulligans and strings to purchase, and chances to shoot for a Hole-In-One prize a $10,000 value trip sponsored by AAA Northern New England.
The Big Swing Tournament will be held on Friday, Sept. 13, with a Sept. 16 rain date. The event takes place at the Brunswick Golf Club, 165 River Road, Brunswick. The event starts at 9 AM (shotgun start).
