“MAGPIES AND CANNOLI,” Ascea, Italy acrylic on canvas by Margaret Leonard, who will be showing paintings at Local Market and Cafe, at 148 Maine St. in Brunswick. The exhibition will open Aug. 1 and run through the end of September. The work will include paintings done during a winter residency in southern Italy. The show will be up during Brunswick’s 2nd Friday art walks on Aug. 10 and Sept. 14.
