BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from July 15 to July 20, 2018:
• Michael D. Bissonnette, 53, a transient, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Shelly M. Brownstein, 47, of Alfred, was issued a summons for failure to register vehicle.
• Preston C. Edmands, 34, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for assault.
• Sherry L. Kendrix, 38, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Anthony J. Gallant, 32, of Lyman, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior offense of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth.
• Steven J. Evans, 28, of Berwick, was arrested for domestic violence assault with prior offenses.
• Ronald F. Pevear, 45, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Edgar Rodriguez, 32, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license and violating conditions of release.
• Celina M. Ryan-Davis, 35, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Wesley R. Labbe, 27, of Lyman, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) with a prior offense.
• Kyle T. Davis, 27, of Kennebunk, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Nicholas E. Reid, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Richard A. Ouellette, 52, of Saco, was issued a summons for using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker.
• Joshua J. Williams, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Kaleb W. Lehmann, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault., refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusal to stop and a probation hold.
• Marisa L. Jones, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• David C. Rowland, 25, or Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Kyle C. Allman, 31, of Hollis, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating condition of release.
• Jason F. Golden, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Joseph J. Pelletier, 35, of Arundel, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order and violating conditions of release.
