BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick High School girls jayvee Orange basketball team opened up with a 13-4 first quarter and continued to outpace Greely as the Dragons defeated the Rangers, 60-36 on Friday. Brunswick led at the half 28-15 and increased its lead to 46-26 after three quarters. The Dragons benefited from a full-court defense led by Hannah Fortier and MacKenzie Dorr that led to a number of transition baskets during the second and third quarters.

Adria Doane led Brunswick with 17 points while collecting a dozen rebounds. Kendall Dow added 14 points, while Tanisha McKenize chipped in with eight points for the Dragons.

Mollie Obar led Greely with 14 points.
