PORTLAND — The Portland Symphony Orchestra, led by guest conductor and PSO Music Director finalist Ken-David Masur, presents the first PSO Pops! concerts of 2018, titled Oscar’s Biggest Hits, features a broad variety of well-known music from the movies ranging from The Pink Panther to James Bond to Star Wars.
This is Masur’s second time conducting the PSO this season.
The concerts will be held Jan. 13 at 7:30 p.m. and Jan. 14 at 2:30 p.m. at Merrill Auditorium
Tickets to the concert are available through PortTIX at (207) 842-0800 or portlandsymphony.org. Phone and internet orders are subject to per-ticket handling fees. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the Merrill Auditorium box office at 20 Myrtle St., Monday through Friday, noon to 6 p.m.
