TOPSHAM — Mt. Ararat jumped out to a 10-2 lead and never looked back in downing Edward Little, 39-24, in recent high school jayvee girls basketball play.
The Eagles led 19-12 at the half and 31-15 after three.
Lauren Magno had 12 points and five rebounds in the win, while Jaden Lohr pitched in eight points. Maddie Daulerio hauled in eight rebounds and picked up five points, with Kassidy Dixon and Erin Harty adding five points apiece. Hannah Giggey (seven rebounds) and Cheyanne Wheeler (solid floor game) also played well.
Teagan Galway had 11 points for EL.
