Bath Savings Institution recently honored employees for their commitment to exceptional service and customer relationships at the Annual Employee Recognition Night. The ceremony was held in late October in Bath.
The award recipients were:
• Courtney Green was voted as most helpful internal support person. She is part of the facilities team in Bath.
• Esperanza Esquivel, of the Bath office, was acknowledged as the 2017 exceptional customer service representative.
• William Mills, a teller in South Portland, received the exceptional teller award.
• Sarah Winchenbach, assistant branch manager in Damariscotta, received the Neighbor to Neighbor award for her commitment to community service. She has led the Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk in Damariscotta for several years.
• The Bath office was awarded the 2017 Relationship Builder Award for their unwavering commitment to exceptional service, even during a time of transition and renovation.
“The service awards are a celebration of Bath Savings’ employees and the way they make our customers feel,” said President Glenn Hutchinson. “We are in the people business first and banking business second.”
The award winners receive additional vacation time, showing employees how much Bath Savings values their service skills.
