BATH — The 4th annual Bath Rotary 4-Way 5K Run/Walk, presented by Mid Coast Medical Group — Bath, will be held on Oct. 7 at 9 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall (807 Middle Street).

The race will be professionally timed by Split Time Race Management.

The event will start and end at the Knights of Columbus Building. The course has some slightly rolling hills.

The preregistration fee is $20 before Oct. 6, $25 on race day. Students (18 and under) cost $10.

Pre-registered race participants (before Sept. 20) will receive a free Sport-Tek long sleeve shirt. Distribution of shirts and bibs will occur at registration check-in on the day of the race. No other pickups are available.

Registration and bib/T-shirt pick up will be from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Knights of Columbus.

For those who register and can’t make it to the Bath Rotary 4-Way 5K, contact a race staffer prior to the race. Runner packets not picked up by race start will be forfeited unless prior arrangements with race staff have been made.

Prizes will be awarded to the first place overall male and female ($100), and the second place male and female ($50). Also, awards will be presented to the top finishers in several categories, along with team awards for the largest and most team spirit. There will be a post-race party and the awards ceremony following the race.
