
He was educated in Augusta schools and attended a community college for one year.
On June 20, 1964 he married Anne Wilson.
Skip worked at Hallowell, ME and Eastland Shoe. He also trained harness race horses at Topsham Fairgrounds for over 35 years. He was also the trackman for most of that time.
He is predeceased by his mother, father and stepfather, Edward Robinson.
He is survived by his wife Anne of 53 years, daughter Sherry Hilton and her companion Rusty Myatt, son Edward Cunningham and his wife Samantha, 12 grandchildren, and 3 greatgrandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, August 14 from 5- 7PM at Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick. Burial in Riverside Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Donations in his memory may be made to the American Red Cross, Mid Coast Chapter, 16 Community Drive, Topsham, ME 04086.
