Administration in Washington, D.C.
Swaim, son of Robert and Doris Swaim of Gaithersburg, Md., is a 2008 graduate of Damascus High School and 2012 graduate of the University of Maryland. He works as a fire protection engineer for Jenson Hughes in Baltimore, Md.
Their wedding is planned for Dec. 9, 2017.
