Rosen is the President of Kendar Realty, Inc. and has bought and sold over $500 million worth of investment property since 1975, including apartment complexes, office buildings, retail centers, warehouse complexes, and land. Rosen has served as the two-term president of the Miami Association of Realtors and is the recipient of several awards, including “Realtor of the Year.”
